Anonymously we slid in to Jos to stir some fun and soothe nerves,
We came to entertain, inform, and educate and we also had to conform, 
Silverbird rode on wings of allure and perched on the crest of a nation,
Warm embrace encapsulated us and we were awed by the outpouring of Jos love.

One year at a time we trudged on with businesses and partnerships,
Challenges came in waves but we surmounted them like bees in a hive,
In the darkest hours we cast our lights and had the paths lit for all,
During sunsoaked days we cooled the tempo with alluring sounds.radio, 
On cloudy days we brightened moods with picturesque sights.tv,
On cold days and nights we thumped up your pulse with rhythmic hip-hop,

Thank you Jos, thank you Plateau.

As we breast the tape of the race of a decade in Jos, 
Our enthusiasm and zeal won't wane even by a bit, 
Like a bicycle we'll keep pedaling to keep the dreams moving,
Like a bird we'll keep flying sky high to set the pace and help others walk.

We'll continue to celebrate with you at your carnivals and festivals, 
We'll mourn with you at your burials and attacks by unknown gunmen, 
We'll keep telling the stories of your greatness and warm hospitality,
We'll keep showcasing Plateau's beauty and industrious enterprise, 
We'll be your partner in good and bad times, and
We'll always be ready to dine and wine at your table if we get the invite.

As we look forward to another decade, and another decade, and more,
Silverbird will ride tempestuous waves to paint you good pictures, 
Rhythm will croon out sensuous melodies to flourish your souls, 
We will not be daunted.
